Due to the costs involved, I decided it was not the right investment for me and had no complications cancelling escrow and I got my earnest money deposit back in full. I attribute this to the way David structured the deal with an exit strategy that protected me as the buyer. What I appreciate the most about David is that he is an absolute expert in the community he serves, knows all the neighborhoods and is knowledgeable about upcoming developments and changes.
