Licensed in California since 1998, David R. Indermill is the Founder and Broker-Owner of The Mavin Group West, specializing in luxury real estate, off-market opportunities, investment properties, redevelopment projects, and complex negotiations throughout San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and premier coastal markets.

A third-generation San Diegan, David attended Point Loma Nazarene College and has built long-standing relationships throughout Southern California over the course of his career.

David has represented private investors, attorneys, business owners, developers, professional athletes, banks, asset managers, and trust and probate clients in sophisticated real estate transactions involving luxury estates, distressed assets, REO properties, concurrent closings, bank negotiations, and off-market acquisitions.

A Certified Probate & Trust Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), David has also served as a court-appointed broker in divorce-related property sales requiring discretion, neutrality, and strategic transaction management.

Known for persistence, discretion, and creative deal-making, David has built a reputation for navigating high-pressure transactions and creating opportunities where others cannot.
